Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal addressed the international climate change summit, COP 15 at the Bella Center in Copenhagen on 16th December. In his speech, PM Nepal urged the developed countries to opt for a legal binding on carbon emission. He also sought simplified funding mechanism to combat the impact of climate change.
