NTY 2011 Organizing Committee comes up with a Three-Phase plan

NTY 2011 organizing committee has come up with a three-phase promotion and preparation programme. The first phase was its formal launch , the second phase will be capacity building and product development, and the third phase will be promotion and marketing.
