ABU DHABI: Etihad Airways has been ranked among the best three airlines in the world by a leading Swiss business magazine. Tuesday’s ranking comes after a survey of frequent flyers and different airlines.
BILANZ also used recent surveys, such as Skytrax ratings, to confirm the airline’s overall ranking. The ratings are conducted annually by BILANZ.
Peter Baumgartner, chief commercial officer of Etihad Airways, said, “I am very proud that in less than seven years, Etihad Airways has risen to be among the top three airlines in Switzerland, which is a very important market for Etihad.”
