Step 1: Submit Inquiry

Please review the sample tours and programs that are already available on this website. Browse through the ready-made programs and select one of the packages that you are interested or most suitable. Please follow by clicking the “Book Now” link which will load the inquiry form. Before you fill the booking form, you will need to complete a quick registration, and under this account all of the communications & transactions will proceed for you in the future. Once logged into the system, you will be able to fill and submit the inquiry form and complete the first step.
Our tour consular will assess the information submitted by you for the travel plan and come up with suggestions and further information for your trip within 24 hours. Step 2: Get a Quote 

Once your inquiry is answered by our travel consular and tentative travel itinerary is fixed, then we will prepare a tour program with viable alternative programs and quote our best price to meet your interest and requirements. You will receive our reply and the quote within 24 hours.

Step 3: Free Change as per your Requests

Upon your receipt of our quote, please carefully study the tour program with the itinerary and the quotation prepared for you. Also, please ensure that you read our Terms & Conditions before you accept the tour program. After that, should you have any questions or further requirements regarding the tour program, please feel free to contact us to clarify the quarries (if any). We will be pleased to make any viable changes to match your requests. Our aim is to make you completely satisfied with your final Tour Plan.

Step 4: Booking & Payment 

When our proposal is in accordance with your plans, please confirm your acceptance of our offer and indicate your preferred method of payment and the currency you would like to pay with. You can make the payment via bank transfer, credit card, western union.

We offer discounts upon advance full payment of your travel itinerary. However, we can also accept your payments upon your arrival at the pickup, but no discounts will be entertained on such payments. The relevant payments for hotel and domestic flights are to be made at the time of confirmation.


We except Traveler's Cheque / Wire Transfer / Visa or Mater Card / Western Union / Cash - US Dollar - Euro - Pound - Japanese Yen - Hong Kong Dollar - Australian Dollar - Singapore Dollar - Etc.

Visa and Master cards are widely accepted in Nepal. So they are our preferred credit cards. American express, JCB and other major credit cards are also accepted but at times they are less convenient. Please check with us before payment.
Note: that you are supposed to pay the bank charges (5% in Nepal) while making payments by credit cards by yourself.

Step 5: Confirmation

Your booking is officially confirmed at the moment that we receive 30% of your total payment. Upon receipt of your payment or formal agreement to pay upon arrival in Nepal, we will provide you with the detail itinerary invoice.

About one week prior to your tour starting date, we will send you all necessary contact details for all activities of your tour program and also provide you about the city, climate information and some further travel advice to help you with your packing before you travel. We are all excited about your choice to visit Nepal.
