The village has 1200 houses of Gurung inhabitants. Gorkha Barpark is facilitated with most of modern services as like internet, electricity, health, education and can be reached by direct bus transportation from Kathmandu except in rainy season. Now the villagers are running special local hospitality by homestay concept.

We will be waiting to you in Nepal airport and transfer to hotel. You will have a free evening to stroll around your hotel. Night rest in the hotel.

    After the breakfast drive take a local regular bus at 7am form Kathmandu to Baluwa (approx 6 hrs) the down hill of Barpak village and take a local jeep to Barpak village. You will be welcomed by flower garland. Check in to your hosted house. Take a easy stroll around the house. You must be tired and have a dinner with the local family and night rest. You can enjoy the locally made whisky. 
     

      Take a local breakfast made by mother of the house and take out to observe the local life style. You will be passing by the people wearing a traditional cloth Bakkhu which looks unique. You will see the people working in the field or in a traditional way. Visit historian Gaje Ghales house (Victorian Cross awarded in the 2nd Great war) and typical housed. You will pass by some women making whisky(Local). Back to House. Evening you can expect a cultural program (optional) and you can join dancing or singing. BLD.

        Wake up early morning and hike to the view point to see the Mt. Manaslu, Buddha Himal, Himal Chuli and other small peak. Back to the home to take a lunch. After you will be guide to take a tour around the village. Our guide will take you to explore the village and around. 
        The host mother will see you off with Tika and garland and might some local product gift. We will drive down to Baluwa where the local bus will be waiting to leave to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and rest.
