Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)

Upon our arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, we will be greeted by a representative from A1 Excursion Adventure who will take us to Hotel Vajra or another hotel of a similar category. After checking in, we may take a rest or visit A1 Excursion’s office. In the evening there will be a welcome dinner in a traditional Nepali Restaurant where we will be able to enjoy authentic Nepali cuisine with a brief cultural program.

Cost Includes:

  • Pickups and drops from hotels and airports
  • Accommodation in a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu, teahouses and tents during trekking and climbing 
  • All ground transportation as per the itinerary by private vehicles 
  • All entrance and permit fees for visits to monuments and museums 
  • Services of English speaking, trained and experienced staff including trekking guide(leader), climbing guide (leader), assistant guides and porters including their salary, insurance, equipment, flight, food and lodging
