Ganja la Pass trekking is one another attraction in the Langtang region and it is the one of the Adventure pass in the Whole Langtang Region as well. Langtang Ganja la pass trek starts from Sybru Bensi and ends at Melamchi Pul Bazar. From Sybru Bensi, we follow the Langtang River to the east until we get to Kyanjin Gompa (3,049 m), where there is a small Buddhist monastery and a cheese factory initiated 1955 by the Swiss Association for Technical Assistance. On the way, we will have spectacular views of Langtang Lirung, Tibetan peaks and other mountains. We will have a rest at Kyanjin Gompa for about a day for acclimatization. Next day, we head up to Ganja La Pass (5122m), from there we can have magnificent views of villages and pristine Himalayas as well. The tea house facilities are not available in Ganja La region; hence trekking should be fully supported and self-sufficient to meet all requirement and contingencies. The highest point of this trek is Ganja La Pass (5122m). This region has so far remained one of the attractive trekking corners in Nepal. Once we make a trip in the area, we descend from the pass is on a steep slope for over 1 km, only camping trekking is possible for the area, After passing the Ganja la Pass, the trail takes us to Malamchi village and Tarke Ghyang, where people follow the Buddhist religion so we will find many old Buddhist monasteries in the villages and trekking trail goes continue descend to Melamchi Pul bazaar than by vehicle we return to Kathmandu.

We will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival and transfer you to the hotel for the overnight stay.

    After morning breakfast we drive out along the north-western hills of Kathmandu. Enjoy the Himlayan views and mountainous lifestyle through the terraced fields and rustic villages. Take Lunch at the Trishuli Bazar before continuing further to  Dhunche. From Dhunche, we descent down to Syabrubesi.

      This is our first day of trekking today.  Follow the Langtang Khola River. Pass through the dense forests.   Cross several suspension bridges. We also pass by a tea houses.  The trail goes up and down but it's not that challenging

        After taking morning tea, we embark our second day of the journey. Our trail continues along dense forests. After making a steady climb up through the valley, we leave the tree line behind us. Enjoy the marvelous views of Langtang Lirung.  Pass by water mills, prayer wheels, chortens, with sacred mounds of rocks with inscriptions carved on them.  Also pass the largest mani wall in Nepal, made from stone with prayers written on them. The prayers written on the mani wall is supposed to be blown away by the wind.  Cross several of the wooden bridges.

          Trek from Langtang Village to Kyangjin (3870m.) which takes about three hours. The trail climbs gradually through small villages and yak pastures as the valley opens out further and the views become more extensive. After crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyangjin. Here, there is a small monastery and a government-operated cheese factory. We should arrive at Kyangjin by lunch time allowing time to acclimatize and explore the area. It is a dramatic setting, with snow covered peaks surrounding us in all directions. At this point, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Dorje Larpa (6990m.), Langtang Ri (6370m.), Langtang Lirung (7245m.) and so on.

            After taking morning tea and breakfast,we get out of the village and pass on through yak pastures and start for hiking to Chyakhure.Since, we are really getting into the high altitudes, you might start feeling the thin air. afternoon return to Kanjin Gompa- surrounded by the Himalayas all around. You can take a walk around Kanjin Gompa enjoying the views, glaciers, icefalls, birds and yaks

              Taking today's breakfast, we embark on our today's journey to Ganja La High Camp. Cross the Langtang River. Ascend through rhododendron forests. Since, we're already in high altitude, the time for getting to our destination also depends upon the season of the trek. Since, during the winter snow, it might take longer time to cross the snow strewn path.

                Today we cross the Ganja La pass. It'd be a strenuous day since Ganja La is one of the difficult passes.   Ganja la pass is covered with snow almost throughout the year. Make the long ascent through the boulders, pass the small lakes, and summit the Ganja La which situated on a rocky moraine. Enjoy the spectacular views from the pass. Climbing up and down the pass can sometimes be tricky due to snowfall and ice. From the pass, we descend down to Keldang

                  A long day walking along the ridge and grassland, with amazing views of Himalayas. The camping site will be in the forest. Overnight at tented camps.

                    The trail descends slightly before climbing over a 4,100m pass, from where spectacular view of the Annapurna and the Everest regions can be clearly seen. From the pass the trail descends through the pine forest, rhododendron forest past a tiny herder settlement called Tarkeghyang. You can visit one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries and Sherpa villages in this region. You will be welcomed by cheerful and friendly people of this village. Overnight at Guesthouse

                      Trek from Tarkeghyang to Thadepati .On the way pass Sherpa settlements popularly known as Helambu. Explore the village and its monastery which is one of the oldest and biggest monasteries in the region.cross the Melamchi Khola.fir and rhododendron forest where there are no permanent settlements. The trek continues to Yurin Danda with magnificent views of the Himalayas. Finally, we arrive at Tharepati.

                          After taking breakfast start your walk to Chisopani. Today's trek starts with a decent crossing of meadows and fields. Enjoy the magnificent views of the Langtang Mountains. O/N at guest house.

                            After catching the striking morning sunrise over the snow capped mountains, morning walk leads through serene forest and farmlands on the gentle descend, towards traditional Tamang villages of Burlang and Chepu Bhanjyang at 2,438m with a great views of Kathmandu Valley, the walk continues on the downhill trail most of the way to a beautiful spot at Sundarijal (meaning beautiful water

                              Free until the departure. We will drop you at the domestic airport. Fly back to home.
